The LCMS Re:Vitality program is offering us the opportunity to do a self-assessment to see how their resources can benefit us.
In order to participate, we need you to fill out a simple online survey. We need honest feedback from anyone connected to our congregation, especially you!
Your responses are completely anonymous. No one will know your name, and we will not see individual responses. It is important to be honest in your feedback so that we can have an accurate assessment about where we are as a congregation.
