Why Trinity School?
Trinity Lutheran School exists to challenge and support the whole child to grow in both Christian spirit and academic wisdom, and to prepare them to be witnesses in God’s kingdom.
Trinity Lutheran School is located on the northeast side of Tinley Park on 12 acres of land. Both the church and school began in 1859, as a number of people wanted a place to worship their Lord and Savior and educate their children in the Lutheran faith. From this small beginning, God has blessed Trinity Lutheran Church and School to what it is today.

Student and Parent Testimonials
“I love singing at Trinity! I love my friends and my teachers!”
-4 Pre Kindergarten Student
“I love the teachers because they are very understanding. When I need help, I can ask them and they will help me. I also like that our school is Christ centered because I love being able to express my faith. This also means we get to have religion class. Lastly, I like how the school isn’t very big so everyone knows each other a little more than if the school was very big.”
-7th Grade Trinity Student
“What I love about my school is my teachers and principal. I also love being in band and volleyball. I love hanging out with my friends. One of my favorite parts is when we do out read out loud. I also like taking our walk in the morning.”
-5th Grade Trinity Student
“Our family has chosen Trinity Lutheran for our 3 children. Our eldest is now a college graduate and our younger children are in 2nd and 4th grade. The staff is like an extension of our family. They do not just give our girls a rigorous education, but they foster a learning environment that is Christ-centered. We choose Trinity because they support the whole child, offering opportunities for positive relationship building, healthy life habits, strong minds, and charismatic spirits. We’d love to have you join our Trinity School family!”

“We have been very blessed to have our children attend Trinity Lutheran School. The teachers have been exceptional at supporting the individualized needs of our children. The communication between home and school has always been outstanding making it a true team effort in the education of our children. In addition, Trinity Lutheran School has provided our children with the critical thinking skills and academics needed to be successful in high school. Most importantly, Trinity has taught our children about Jesus’ love for us and the world God created for us. We would definitely recommend Trinity Lutheran School!”

“My husband and I would like to provide some very positive feedback about the 4th Grade classroom, the teacher, and the school.
We enrolled our son at Trinity in Fall 2021. He loves school. This is mostly due to the engaging environment the teacher has created for the students. She helps the students be organized and creates an easy to follow structure for students as well as parents. For example, the weekly newsletters are tremendously helpful. Also, assignments and grades are posted on Renweb and written in the daily assignment book as well. This helps me as a parent and we love the structure & discipline it provides.
In addition, the teacher continues to provide challenging assignments to students to make sure they’re enjoying learning and challenging themselves. Our son loves the extra challenge for math and spelling.
The teacher’s love for God is admirable and it’s evident in her communication & care for students. This is the biggest priority for our family to make sure that the children are raised in a God-centered atmosphere. Thank you for making this your top priority as well.
Lastly, our son loves the engaging seasonal activities and fun events organized at Trinity. He looks forward to going to school and has made several close friends.
Because of our positive experience with the 4th Grade teacher and every Trinity staff member, we plan to enroll his siblings at Trinity as well. They are currently being homeschooled.
We are thankful for God leading us to Trinity and the opportunity for our son to learn from his teacher. May God continue to bless you and your team at Trinity.”
