Information for Trinity’s Mandatory School Orientation on Tuesday, Aug. 12.
Please enter through Door #3 by the school office.
**3PK through 8th grade New Families ONLY– Specific information for new families will be shared from 1:30 to 2 p.m. and again from 5:30 to 6 p.m. in the sanctuary (access to the classrooms will be closed during these times). Staff introductions and explanations of Trinity’s procedures will be presented. New families will visit their child’s classroom to drop off supplies and hear classroom specific information from their child’s teacher at 2 p.m.
Returning 3PK through 5th grade families Your child’s homeroom teacher will present useful classroom/grade specific information at the following times: 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 6:30, 7:00, and 7:30 p.m. (Each session is 30 minutes.)

Returning Jr. High Families–Please come to your child’s 6th, 7th or 8th grade homeroom to meet your child’s teacher, drop off school supplies and pick up your orientation folder.
You may stop by anytime between the following hours: 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Information for ALL GRADES
- All School Supplies should be brought to Orientation.
- An orientation folder will be given.
- Please do not plan to arrive any later than 7:30 p.m. Orientation ends at 8 p.m. (classrooms, the gym and hallways will be closed at 8 p.m.)
- Please be sure to bring your child’s health form with immunizations and any medication forms and medication.
- School Pictures-Your child’s yearbook/class picture will be taken in the gymnasium between 3 and 7 p.m.
- The gymnasium will also have tables set up to sign up for Room Parents, PTL events, gym shirts and gym short sizes to check, hand in paperwork, and tables that will cover many other important groups at Trinity.

It is required that you bring your child’s school supplies to their classroom on this day. This will help eliminate stress on their first day of school. School Supply Lists and Health Requirements can be found on tics.org/school under School Resources. You may also take this time to set up/decorate lockers.
