Information for Trinity’s Mandatory Orientation on Tuesday, Aug. 11 2026.

Please enter through Door #3 by the school office.

ALL FAMILIES – Mr. Gall will be making introductions and explanations of Trinity’s

procedures at 2 pm, 3 pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm. All families should plan to attend one of

these sessions. It will also be a time to meet the new principal. Families will then proceed

to student homerooms to meet the classroom teacher and drop off their school supplies.

PK through 5th grade families

Your child’s homeroom teacher will present useful classroom/grade specific

information at the following times:

2:30, 3:00, 3:30, 6:30, 7:00, and 7:30 p.m. (Each session is 30 minutes.)

You must come at the beginning of the scheduled time or wait until the next session

to enter the classroom.

Returning Jr. High Families

Please come to your child’s 6th

, 7th or 8th grade homeroom to meet your child’s teacher,

drop off school supplies and pick up your orientation folder.

You may stop by the classrooms anytime between the following hours: 2:30 to 4

p.m. and 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Information for ALL GRADES

• All School Supplies should be brought to Orientation.
• An orientation folder will be given.
• Please do not plan to arrive any later than 7:30 p.m. Orientation ends at 8 p.m. (classrooms, the gym and hallways will be closed at 8 p.m.)
• Please be sure to bring your child’s health form with immunizations and any medication forms and medication.
• School Pictures-Your child’s yearbook/class picture will be taken in the gymnasium between 3 and 7 p.m.
• The gymnasium will also have tables set up to sign up for Room Parents, PTL events, to check gym shirts and gym short sizes, hand in paperwork, and tables that will cover many other important groups at Trinity.
