Concordia University Wind Symphony | Spring Tour Concert
The Wind Symphony from Concordia University Chicago will perform a concert of sacred and secular music at Trinity Lutheran Church, 6850 W. 159th St. in Tinley Park on Sunday, March 17 at 4 p.m. Admission is free.

The ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Richard Fischer, has performed in 43 states, Canada, Europe, Asia and South Africa. The Wind Symphony has commissioned and premiered numerous wind compositions and produced 15 acclaimed recordings of sacred wind music. The concert at Trinity Lutheran will be the culminating performance of their Spring Tour March 8-17 where they will also play Indiana, Ohio, New York, Virginia as well as appearing at Carnegie Hall NYC for the New York Wind Band Festival.
